[WHAT DO WE UNDERSTAND BY WHOLE SELLERS,BUYING AGENT,RETAILER AND CUSTOMERS]


WHOLE SELLERS:

Some parties are buying garments for the whole season which are regular in nature,beside that also they are also marketing such items which is of high demands in the market,some garment are also targeted for special festival,they may have their own designer or may borrow/buy design from the market and the same is purchased either through some buying agent or from factory and finally the same is sold to the retailer.

BUYING AGENT:

They usually work as a middle man and supply garments to the whole sellers or to any BIG BUYING HOUSE. They maintain a set of man power to monitor the order  so that the same is prepared as per buyers' required standard and quality and the same is delivered on time.For handling and monitoring this order the get some commission.They usually do not deal with LC rather they transfer the LC to the manufacturer with an endorsement of their commission in the LC.


RETAILER:

They are having outlet in the market place to sell the garments.They may buy the garments from whole sellers or can have some arrangement with some buying agent from whom they can get the garments as per their need and directives.

CUSTOMERS:

Simple who buy the garments and ultimate user and is bearing all the cost for reaching the garments to him as specified of buyer.
